Be Sure to Sign Up This Week for "Introduce A Girl to Engineering" Teleconference (1/16/06)

A special Engineers Week event, "Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day," is scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 23.

You can learn from those who have implemented successful programs in industry and academia by joining a free teleconference on Thursday, Jan.19, at 1 p.m. EST.

During the teleconference, engineers from ExxonMobil and the University of Texas-Austin will present best practices, and there will be time for Q&A as well as for participants to share information about their programs.

To register for the call, e-mail eweek@nspe.org, and include your name and affiliation. Once you're registered, you'll receive the dial-in information.
