PTC Committee is reactivated

The ASME Board on Performance Test Codes has voted to reactivate the Committee on PTC 11 — the ASME Test Code on fans.

The objective is to revise the existing code, PTC 11-1984. Several potential industry experts have indicated an interest in working toward this goal. Codes and Standards is in the process of setting up the machinery to get this activity moving on a fast track basis.
