Become an exhibitor on the Congress show floor

If your company is interested in becoming an exhibitor at the premier mechanical engineering conference — the ASME International Mechanical Engineering Congress and Exposition — there's still time to reserve your space on the show floor.

The Exposition opens at 7 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 6, immediately following the Congress keynote address. The exhibit floor will be located in the Southwest Exhibit Hall on the lower level of the Chicago Hilton. Exposition hours are 7-9 p.m. on Nov. 6, and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Nov. 7 and 8.

So far, dozens of companies, universities, laboratories, and other organizations have signed on as exhibitors. Autodesk, Comsol, MSC Software, National Instruments, and Vecco Instruments are just a few of the major vendors appearing on the show floor. Georgia Institute of Technology, the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES), the National Science Foundation, the National Society of Professional Engineers, and Sandia National Laboratories will also have booths at the Exposition.

In addition to ASME Technical Publications, a number of other publishing houses will be on hand, including Begell House, Cambridge University Press, Elsevier, McGraw-Hill, Oxford University Press, Prentice Hall, Taylor & Francis Group (CRC Press and Garland Science), and Wiley.
