ASME's Leadership Development Initiative (LDI) program is a year-long activity for younger members designed to identify and cultivate future ASME leaders.

Participants serve a one-year interactive learning experience with one of the five councils or with the Board of Governors.

Applications are now being solicited for next year's six LDI intern positions. The application deadline is Dec.10. Applications and program details are at www.asme.org/ldi/ or contact Warren Leonard at leonardw@asme.org for more information.
