Notice for ASME members with MBNA/Bank of America CD and money market accounts

During the weekend of Sept. 23, ASME member certificate of deposit and money market accounts were transitioned from MBNA to Bank of America.

For the latest information on interest rates and yield, ASME members should not go to www.bankofamerica.com, as that site does not reflect the CD and money market rates ASME members receive. Instead, please go to the ASME Financial Passport page, www.asme.org/Membership/Benefits/
Financial/Financial_Passport.cfm
, to get the most up-to-date information regarding the benefits and features of membership, including CD and Money Market rates.

In addition, regardless of the state you reside in, please choose New Hampshire as the state when inquiring about rates. This is due to a systems constraint that Bank of America is currently trying to fix and hopes to have corrected by the end of this month.

The Bank of America apologizes for any inconvenience this has caused you.

If you have additional questions or comments, you may contact Kristen Axtell at (800) 441-7048, ext. 20252, or Jill Ayers at ext. 20163.
