We are reaching the time to meet again in Philadelphia, when we will be voting on the proposed changes to the Constitution of the ASME Auxiliary at our annual meeting.

The bylaws that were passed last November are to be incorporated into your current bylaws. New copies should be out after the Annual Meeting with the changes included.
Following are the final changes to the bylaws that were passed in November 2004.

All recipients of the Agnes Malakate Kezios Scholarship must be citizens of the United States, students of mechanical engineering in schools in the United States that have accredited mechanical engineering curricula, and hold some grade of ASME membership where a Student Section exists.

Section 2, previously titled "Scholarship," is now titled "Auxiliary Scholarships and Loans." The Student Loan Fund is now listed under Auxiliary Scholarships and Loans.

The ASME Foundation and the ASME Auxiliary now administer the Lucy and Charles W.E. Clarke Scholarship and the ASME-ASME Auxiliary FIRST Clarke Scholarship jointly.

The annual dues for associate membership in the Auxiliary shall be $10 and shall be paid to the national treasurer.
