Seminar zeros in on MEMS

The 3rd Annual MEMS Technology Seminar will take place May 19-21 at the Hyatt Regency Los Angeles.

Five courses will be offered — three popular courses and two new ones. Course notes will be available on CD-ROM.

The new courses are Reliability and Manufacturability of MEMS, and Intro to Micro and Nano Manufacturing.

The charge for members will be $1,295; for academic members the charge will be $1,095. Nonmembers will be charged $1,445. The fee for academic nonmembers will be $1,245.
