The ASME/ASME Auxiliary FIRST Clarke Scholarship Committee is pleased to announce the names of this year's scholarship winners. These winners are some of the high school students who have participated in the national robotics contests sponsored by FIRST. They each received a $5,000 scholarship to be used in their first year of college.

The winners are David Lloyd, Pittsburgh; Carlo Florella, Jr., Wilmington, Del.; Yan Wang, Ithaca, N.Y.; Ryan Susa, Windsor, Conn.; Auhona Hoq and John Barrow, both of Houston; Kacey Trout, Swartz Creek, Mich.; Michael Lunday, Mountain Home, Ariz.; and Robert Martinez, Nashua, N.H.

The members of the selection committee are: Mary Koenig; Joann Heberer, vice chair; Ruth Thayer; George Stabb; Vince Wilczynski; and Nina Webb, chair.
