Dues bills, slated to arrive this month, will have a new payment structure for younger engineers.

Starting with the 2002-03 dues cycle, the discount schedule available to younger engineers will be based on the number of years following graduation instead of the member's age.

The incremental dues schedule is available to members who received a baccalaureate degree or an advanced degree after continuous study since the bachelor's degree.

Members who are 0-1 years after graduation will receive a 60 percent discount off their yearly membership dues of $113. Dues for members with 1-2 years after graduation will be discounted 45 percent. Members with 2-3 years after graduation will receive a 30 percent discount, while the dues bill for engineers with 3-4 years after graduation will be discounted 15 percent.
