Environment, energy, and competitiveness
examined at European Forum
The three key communities within the
European engineering world industry, policymakers, and academia
will be brought together in March at the ASME European Forum
on Sustainable Engineering.
The forum, organized by the ASME Europe Office, will take place at the
Brussels Exhibition Centre (Brussels Expo) in Belgium from March 1921.
During the three days of the forum, industry leaders, engineering professionals,
policymakers, and academics from across Europe will meet to debate issues
and exchange best practices on three priority areas for the engineering
industry: environment, energy and competitiveness.
The forum promises to attract a distinguished panel of speakers for
the education program, along with delegates from across the European
engineering community, including industry leaders, innovative small-
and medium-size enterprises from the fields of energy and the environment,
government policymakers at both national and EU level, and researchers
and professors from the leading academic institutions in Europe as well
as the next generation of engineers.
The forum brings together these communities, creating a focal meeting
point for the European engineering industry and encouraging interaction
and dialogue on the latest trends, new technologies, and policy implications.
The event will also include an exhibition, providing a backdrop for
industry to showcase the latest cutting-edge technologies.
