Locations set for '07 Human Powered Vehicle meets

The locations have been selected for the East Coast and West Coast rounds of the 2007 ASME Human Powered Vehicle Challenge, which showcases the design, aerodynamics, speed, and performance of land-based, pedal-powered vehicles.

California State University, Chico's entry was the champ in the West Coast Challenge's single-rider category last year.

The West Coast Challenge will take place at the NASA-Ames Research Center at Moffett Field in Sunnyvale, Calif., April 13–15, 2007.

The East Coast Challenge will take place at the University of Central Florida in Orlando, Fla. The exact competition dates for the East Coast Challenge, which will be held either in late April or early May, will be announced soon.
