U.S. audience introduced
to 'New Faces of Engineering' program for E-Week Broad range of energy issues, solutions to be discussed at Tallahassee town meeting "Florida's Energy Needs: The Role of Technology" will be televised on WFSU. The meeting will address several energy issues facing Florida, and many other states: power generation and transmission, power and energy education, renewable energy sources and energy efficiency, and fuels and natural resources. Week conference program orchestrated by ASME The conference program for this year's National Manufacturing Week next month in Chicago will feature some 100 industry-focused technical sessions more than half of them organized by ASME. Read more. ASME engineers hope girls will follow their path In a broad outreach program to girls being introduced this month during Engineers Week, ASME President Susan H. Skemp issued a call to ASME's female members to help raise awareness about engineering and the rewards it offers by appearing at Girl Scouts of America venues.
