offer a special track of Technology Transfer tutorials during National
Manufacturing Week, March 18-21 at McCormick Place in Chicago.

PALC essentially is a training session for members who are interested
in learning about the public policy process or gaining insight into
public policy issues that affect engineers.
CEI offers new PE and FE review

The Continuing Education Institute is introducing several new and revised
products to help ASME members prepare for the PE and FE exams, which
will be offered next in April.
Rail industry engineers to meet
at Joint Rail Conference
The event, sponsored by ASME's Rail Transportation Division and IEEE's
Land Transportation Division, will be held from April 23-25 at the Washington
Plaza Hotel in Washington, D.C.
Heat transfer, welding and pipeline code to be covered in Houston courses
ASME's Continuing Education Institute will offer five courses at Houston's
Wyndham Greenspoint Hotel, from March 18-22.
Chicago short courses focus on elevators and lean manufacturing
The classes will be offered from March 18-20 at the Palmer House Hilton.
