Alma Martinez Fallon elected

Alma Martinez Fallon, a member of the Council on Public Affairs, and 2002 recipient of ASME's Dedicated Service Award, was inaugurated as the 41st president of the Society of Women Engineers Aug. 8 at The Mariners Museum in Newport News, Va.

A senior life member of SWE, Fallon is currently the manager of Planning and Manufacturing Engineering for the Structural Fabrication and Assembly Division at Northrop Grumman Newport News.
