Recruit a member; contribute to a scholarship for engineers

If you want to make an investment in the future of an up-and-coming mechanical engineer, recruit a new member to ASME. If you want to invest in the future of the profession itself, recruit more than one.

Half of the first year's membership dues for every recruit who joins ASME as a new, dues-paid member from July 1, 2001, to June 30, 2002, will be donated to ASME's Scholarship Fund to help qualified student members finance their mechanical engineering education.

To obtain additional information about how to make this investment and to download a membership application, visit www.asme.org and click on Membership and Benefits; or call Cheryl Hasan at (212) 591-8239.
